About Us

The Lloyd’s Squash Rackets Club (LSRC) has existed since 1970. From there, the club has evolved to now boast 15 fixtures per season and an end of season tournament. Fixtures are spread around London, although matches are played at The RAC, HAC, Queen’s and Lord’s.

The club boasts a strong circulation list of players but in general the standard of player is targeted towards those who like to play once a week and use squash to keep in shape. It is recommended that those of a certain league standard contact the committee so as to be pointed towards appropriate fixtures to get a suitable game. However, for the end of season tournament played in March/April time each year, the club would invite players of all standards to participate.

Outside of the fixtures the LSRC runs club nights which are advertised through the web-site and also finally provides overseas tours. In March 2010, the club was represented in New York on a 3 match tour against The University Club, The Union League Club & The Princeton Club. A  7-man team also travelled to Edinburgh in September 2012 and played The Edinburgh Sports Club and The Grange Club.
